Submission Guidelines
Step 01
Prepare your case report following the EMQN standardized clinical template, ensuring all patient identifiers are removed.
Step 02
Include high-resolution diagnostic imagery (ECGs, X-rays, or CT scans) with clear annotations and clinical context.
If utilizing patient-specific images, diagnostics, etc please obtain consent and remain within UH/CWRU IRB guidelines
Step 03
Submit your finalized report through the clinical portal for peer review by our Emergency Medicine Editorial Board.
